Shipping Policy:
Styles By E utilizes USPS to ship all orders!
- Free Shipping for orders over $50
- U.S. Domestic Shipping only
- General Standard flat rate for shipping is $5.95 . If priority/express shipping is desired, please contact us !!
- Shipping time: Generally takes 3-5 business from the time the customer places an order til they receive it.
- Tracking information will automatically be sent via email once the label is printed and pending for shipping. Tracking takes up to 24 hours to update when label is printed and package is picked up.
Please note and be aware that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the package leaves our facility it is in the hands of the shipper. Tracking is always provided, so please be mindful and keep an eye on your package. If for some reason your package is not received, please open a claim with USPS Here.
Return Policy:
We want you to absolutely love the items you purchase from us!
- Shipped orders: Returns are accepted for store credit ONLY and need to be in our hands within 14 days from the day the items were delivered.
- Pickup orders: Returns need to be arranged and received within 7 days of order pick-up!
For items to be eligible for returns/exchanges, they need to be in the same condition it was shipped. Unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. No exceptions!
